Route du Rhum 2026

The Route du Rhum transatlantic boat race from St Malo to Guadeloupe takes place on 1st November, with celebrations beginning in St Malo on 20th October. SAV have operated an event based on this before a few years ago so it seems fitting to operate it again (and an excuse to drink rum at the same time!). Departure can be from Dinard LFRD or Rennes LFRN (due to limited space at Dinard) and airborne (wheels up) time is 10:00 UK local time. Flying time should be 8 to 8 1/2 hours depending on the wind.
